Enterprise AI
without the runaway bill

AI gets expensive when every task goes to the biggest model, nobody sets a limit, and the cost shows up a month later. NessisOne is built the other way round: the right-sized model for each job, a budget on every run, and a ledger you can read while the work is happening.

Every dollar has
a reason and a limit

The cheapest model that qualifies

Seats describe what they need, such as strong reasoning, long documents or vision, and never name a model. At hire time NessisOne chooses the least expensive model that meets every stated need. A summary does not need the model that writes your strategy, and it is not billed like it either. When a cheaper model qualifies next month, your organization starts using it without anyone rewriting anything.

Cheapest qualified model Multi-provider No model lock-in

Hard caps on every run

Each department has a dollar ceiling per run, and single jobs can carry their own. The working seat is warned at 80%. If the money runs out, the run stops and tells you so, with the spend attached.

Run cap 80% warning

Every call on the ledger

Each AI call is recorded with its model, tokens, cost, seat and tenant, written in the background so it adds no noticeable delay. Spend is measured, never estimated; if it can't be measured it is recorded as unknown, not free.

Per seat Per tenant

Idle costs nothing

AI seats exist only while an engagement runs. A department nobody uses this month costs exactly $0. There are no AI salaries and no reserved capacity to pay for.

Lean prompts, cached

AI reaches every app action through two stable tools instead of thousands, which keeps prompts short. Instructions are cached per agent version, so the cache only resets when a definition actually changes.

Models chosen on evidence

NessisOne Sentinel watches providers for new and changed models, moves them from candidate to test to production on measured results, and fails over or quarantines a route that stops behaving. Meet Sentinel

Quotas per customer and plan

AI chat token and storage allowances come from each subscriber's plan, with capacity packs for teams that need more. One heavy user can't spend another team's budget.

Estimates before big jobs

Bulk work such as importing a folder of PDFs and spreadsheets shows an estimated cost and waits for your confirmation before it starts.

See what AI saved, in your numbers

Tell NessisOne what a piece of work costs when your people do it: a research brief, a board deck, a records review. Every delivered engagement is priced against that baseline, so the return on AI is a report you can hand to finance, not a guess.

We measure cost per accepted piece of work, not per token

Cheap tokens are worthless if the work comes back wrong. Every level of your AI organization answers to one number: total spend per deliverable you accepted. Cheap models iterate where automated checks can catch mistakes. Stronger models are used where judgment matters. Waste such as re-reading the same files or retrying blindly is what gets cut, never the quality of the result.

Apps are free. AI work is metered.

You pay for the AI work your departments do, inside the caps you set, never for seats sitting idle.
