Common questions
Which AI providers does NessisOne use?
NessisOne is provider-neutral. It works with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and others, and each AI seat is staffed with the least expensive model that meets its needs. You are never locked to one vendor.
Can a department spend more than I allow?
No. Each run has a hard dollar cap. The working seat is warned at 80%, and when the cap is reached the run stops and reports what it spent and how far it got.
What does an idle department cost?
Nothing. AI seats are staffed only while an engagement runs. If nobody uses a department this month, its AI cost is zero.
Does AI act without asking?
Only where you have said it may. Each seat has a setting for each kind of action: not allowed, asks you first, or goes ahead. Changing security settings is never something an AI seat can do.
Can we run NessisOne on our own infrastructure?
Yes. The Enterprise package covers deployment on your own infrastructure, so your data stays where your policies require it to be.
Do we own what we build on NessisOne?
Yes. The applications your team builds on the platform are your code.
